HISTORY
The Weir Family has been in the business of Adobe Homes since 1947, beginning with the first home by Weir Brothers Construction on Windsor Lane in Cardiff By The Sea, CA by brothers Jack, Larry, and Bob Weir. The brothers went on to build hundreds of adobe homes all over Southern California, including but not limited to Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, Escondido, Pauma Valley, Valley Center and Poway. By integrating classic building materials with innovative design, they managed to capture the vision of Old California and bring it into the 21st century. After several years in business and multiple endeavors in adobe construction, the company was turned over to Robert Weir in 1988, and has since taken on several of the most prestigious construction projects in Southern California.
